Hahahahah I suck. Damn do I suck. I just can't seem to update this site properly. A year in between posts is just too much. So much is going on. To remedy the situation I have started a blog. You can find it by going here.

All I can say is that I will try to do a better job. Thanks for all the kind emails and links of support I have been getting. It is definitely a cool time musically for me.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Well, it looks like the hair stays. We fell short of the $50k. Thanks to everyone that pitched in for the Mark Salamango Minime Makeover. Some homeless people will be very happy to get the help we have collected for them. The final tallies aren't in yet. I have heard there are some checks in the mail. I'll post the finals when I get them.

Also, one of the greatest saxophone players of all time is in need of help. Michael Brecker needs a matching blood stem cell / bone marrow donor to live. Please go to his site here for more info.

Mark has decided to sacrifice his lovely locks for a good cause. He's going to be "sponsoring" the Mark Salamango Minime makeover. Mark is trying to raise $50,000 for the homeless in time for Christmas. Check out the Mark's crazy Minime makeover idea here.

Elo all...I know I have been silent for a while, but I promise it isn't because I don't love to update this site. Truth is, life has been pretty busy for me.

I will be teaching my last lesson for the summer May 16th, so that should free up some time.

On a good note, material for the new cd is going well and I've booked most of August to record it. If I live that long! There should be a cd coming out around October....ok, let's just say by Christmas! :)

The group hasn't been finalized yet, but I'm hoping to get long time collaborator Scott Smith to lay down some or all of the drums, and I'm going to try to get anyone and everyone else to play a part on this one.

I'll fill yall in on the progress as it gets done.
