This is the new guitar Ken Loper of Ken Loper Guitars (www.kenloperguitars.com) is building for me. I have sorta been into quirky looking tops lately, so this is a Burl Maple top. Basswood back.

The neck is quartersawn maple with a bad-ass orange stripe (Padouk) thrown into the mix. It looks a lot like a tele right now, however, I think we are going to shave the lower horn down because I want 24 frets and with the lower horn in the standard tele shape, my hands get tied up when I reach for a wacky sweep or something up that high.

There will be a tone pro II bridge on this puppy and a 3 way switch. Chick the pictures below for larger images.
